Returns & Exchanges
At Tailor-Made Horse Products, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges as outlined below.
1. Returns

Items must be returned within 30 days of the receipt date.

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at customerservices@tailormadehorseproducts.co.uk with your order number and the reason for the return.

We'll email back with a return label.

Print out this label and affix to your package.

Drop off at your nearest post office.

2. Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) and notify you of the status of your refund.

Once your return has been processed by our team, we will refund you for the returned item(s) minus the cost of the original shipping, to your original method of payment. Please allow 5 days for the refund to appear on your account statement.
3. Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or product, please contact us at customerservices@tailormadehorseproducts.co.uk to ensure the item is available.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send out the replacement item.
4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at customerservices@tailormadehorseproducts.co.uk. Please provide photographic evidence of the inner and outer goods, along with the delivery label on the box and send to us, along with your order number. This must be done before we can consider any replacements or refunds.

We strongly suggest opening our outer packaging to check the contents upon receipt.
